A few helpful answers

How to prepare your
rental for photos.

How should I prepare for the shoot?

Clean and stage the property as guests will find it. Make the beds with clean linens, put out clean towels, straighten the furniture, clear counters, clean windows and surfaces, and remove bins and cleaning supplies. Arrange the outdoor seating and clean the pool. Only show amenities that guests will actually receive.

Which spaces should we photograph?

Start with the main living area, kitchen, every bedroom and bathroom, the exterior, and outdoor spaces. Then highlight the features that make your rental distinctive: a pool, a reading nook, a workspace, a game room, or a view. Share your priorities when you book so we can plan the coverage.

Can I add drone or twilight photography?

Yes—ask about aerial photography, on-site twilight, or virtual twilight when arranging your shoot. Availability depends on the property, weather, access, and any flight restrictions. We’ll discuss the right approach before the appointment.

How much will my rental shoot cost?

The scope depends on your property’s size, the spaces to cover, and any additional services. View our current photography pricing, then send us your rental details so we can confirm the package, usage needs, and total before your shoot.
