Bright Shutter wants everyone to be able to use our website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

What we do

  • Pages can be used with a keyboard, with a “Skip to content” link and visible focus outlines.
  • Photos that carry information have text descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
  • Moving photo displays have pause buttons and stop automatically if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • Text and buttons are designed to meet color contrast guidelines.
  • Form fields have labels, and form messages are announced to screen readers.
  • Pages work when zoomed and on small screens.

Known limitations

Our online scheduler is provided by Aryeo, a third-party booking service, and its accessibility is outside our direct control. If you have any trouble booking online, call or email us and we will schedule your shoot for you.
